  • Do you charge for delivery?

    Yes, and it is calculated based on the distance from our studio in Doral. We serve and install on locations within a 25 miles radius.

  • Where are you guys located?

    Our studio is located at 4815 NW 79th Ave. Unit 15. Doral, FL 33166. We offer pick up and delivery service for the marquee letters/numbers. Please call us to learn more.

  • How can i reserve my marquees?

    First, you will need to fill out our inquiries questionnaire so we can learn more about your event/celebration. Then, once you receive our proposal/contract via email, you can book and confirm your marquees with a $100 deposit/retainer. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.

  • Can I pick up the marquee letters instead of having them delivered?

    Yes, you can pick up up to 4 numbers OR 7 letters for your convenience. We require a $200 or $300 refundable cash security deposit for pick up orders. Call us to learn more about this.

  • Do the marquee lights require power?

    Yes! Our marquee letters and numbers require power and are not battery operated. We have a portable generator available for rent for $95 if there is no outlet available.

  • What About Rainy days?

    We strongly suggest having a Plan B for outdoor events. If rain will be an issue during your event, we will require our marquee letters to be set up in a covered area free from moisture.

  • Are your marquees waterproof?

    No, they are not waterproof. Our marquee letters are handmade by us and we stand behind them with love. If they are exposed to heavy rain, water or wind, they may get damaged. Please keep that in mind when you plan and book our marquees for your special celebration.

  • What are your marquee lights made of?

    We proudly make our marquee lights with foam board. It is a very light and beautiful material, but not waterproof. Our marquees require lots of love and care. When you rent our marquee letters and numbers, we expect you to take good care of them :) they are our babies.
